For the last 6 years, I have been developing custom fitness plans for a huge range of people.

My fitness programs have been developed over years of personal training and my own training as a body-builder.

I have not only extensively studied and educated myself in fitness, but have been through and experienced first hand ALL the highs and lows of working through these programs with my clients and achieving their fitness goals.

Delivered via modern technology

My team and I have been designing and building a brand new web app that has been designed from the ground up to complement and improve the delivery of my range fitness plans and allow me to focus completely on communication and feedback with my clients.

By collecting data such as:

  • Physical measurements
  • Bio-data like age, sex and body type
  • Weight
  • Strength benchmarks
  • Daily activity levels
  • Weight goals

I am able to calculate the exact macro nutrients that your body needs, and provide a carb-cycling macro schedule that is matched perfectly with your training plan so that you have fuelled your body appropriately when you need it, and scaling your intake back when you do not.

Digital training companion

The app allows you to select a training plan that matches the training split cycle and experience level that suits you, and present with you a detailed exercise routine every day where you can:

  • Watch an introduction video from myself about your training session
  • See example videos of myself performing each exercise correctly, along with how many sets and reps to do and training notes
  • Record your reps and weight lifted so that I can track your progress
  • Keep track of what exercises are completed each day

You will also get a weekly check in with myself where we examine your training progress, how you are feeling, your weight, progress pictures, goals and any adjustments you want to make.

In addition the app is packed with a range of my personally written educational content available only to app subscribers including nutrition, mindset, goal setting and how to approach your fitness journey.

How do I get started?

First, you sign up to the application with the link at the bottom of the page.

Then you will be redirected to the subscription page where you can

  1. Manage your weekly payment details
  2. Update your bio-data such as age, weight, etc
  3. Select an appropriate training plan to begin with

After completing the onboarding selection, you will be directed to your dashboard and you can review your macro-nutrients and training program.

You can select “Begin Now” on the workout to see the exercises for the day, watch example videos, and record your reps and weight lifted for each exercise.

At the end of the week you'll get emailed a link to your check in and we can review progress.

At any point I am fully available to discuss anything you need to know about your program using our real time chat feature.
