Before signing with Anthony I was in a really bad headspace with regards to food. I found myself going from excessively eating to “bulk” then severely under eating to cut away the excessive fat I put on. Since following his protocols I have nearly doubled my caloric intake, added lean mass and lost fat. Having a coach who practices what he preaches has made me be more accountable and adhere to the plan. Even on days when motivation is low to train/do cardio, I know Anthony will be doing so and would expect the same from me. Six months ago i wasn't feeling great about my health and fitness. I was 100kgs and over 30% body fat. I wanted to start feeling better again as had done in previous years. When I started with Anthony I honestly would have never imagined I would be where I am now. Before this I was doing F45, 15minutes on the stairs + weights and eating a pitiful amount of food. Since starting with Anthony I’ve never eaten so much food. I’ve been on 2400 cals (that was a good time). It’s flexible, you want peanut butter.. he’ll give you peanut butter. When we first increased my food this much it was scary.. but do the work, be consistent and trust the process.. he knows what he’s doing. Mindset - this is something Anthony is big on! It’s a mental game. You need to PSYCH up!! It’s also something he does naturally, you’ll be able to tell by just talking to him.. the focus and passion he has for what he does is like no other. He’s taught me how to be in the movement rather than just getting through the movement. We’ve definitely had some tough sessions together and there were times where I thought I was going to break but with the support he provides I always seem to push past it and get it done. I’ve grown so much over these last 8 months. Not only have I grown and changed physically but I’ve also grown and changed mentally which wasn’t really an aspect I expected to grow so much in when getting a coach. Anthony isn’t just another coach or PT, he’s in it with you every step of the way. He won’t make you do something he hasn’t. He trains as hard as he makes you train. This journey has been nothing short from amazing and I cannot wait to see what more we can do!!

18 months ago I got in to contact with Anthony regarding some guidance with my diet and training. When I first started with coach (Anthony) almost 5 months ago I was in a position of waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror and being so unsatisfied with what I saw. I then reached out to Anthony as I knew and had seen his results were raw and real! My results have been huge month after month! Don't know where to start, looking back at Jan-2018 when we begun this journey together, I had no little idea what I am getting into and how this is going to change me as a person and my life style. I won't lie if I say Anthony is one of the most important persons in my life and he has changed me completely. It's just not about training, it's all abt living a healthy life style, be disciplined, be dedicated, be determined, and feel confident at every stage of life. I can't say enough, how much I appreciate everything Anthony as a friend, a mentor has done for me. Not only in good times, also in bad times during my injury, when rest of the world have discouraged to give up on training, Anthony is the only one who has kept me inspiring and fight injury away and I have recovered and rocking that gym floor again. It's hard to explain. Anthony is the guy who has changed me from a freaking die hard party person to a disciplined gentleman, hard to believe yet it's true. I look up to him and I admire him. As I stated earlier, it's just not about training, it's a complete change in life style, a complete change in the attributes that personifies me as a person. I can't believe what I have achieved and no words could explain how thankful I am to Anthony for everything he has done for me. This is one thing I haven't told to anyone, not even to Anthony. When I moved to Sydney, all the gym trainers are my friends. Many gym trainers have pursued me to give up on Anthony and join them instead as their clients. Many trainers come to me and initiate a convo, offer me free supps etc...but one thing I can tell for sure that I can't even begin to imagine giving up on Anthony. He is a part of my life. I Reached out to Anthony after a serious ankle injury side lined me from training for 4 months. I was feeling very flat and unhappy in my current position having lost a lot of muscle mass ect.
